- Support & Communications: messages, call notes, troubleshooting logs.
- Website & Device Data: IP address, browser/OS, pages viewed, cookies/analytics events.
2. How We Use Information
- To evaluate and board merchant accounts and provide payment processing and POS services.
- To comply with underwriting, risk, fraud, chargeback, and legal/PCI obligations.
- To provide support, product improvements, and service communications.
- For security, debugging, analytics, and service performance.

3. Payment Security & PCI
We follow industry practices and work with PCI DSS-validated partners and gateways. Cardholder data, when captured, is processed through PCI-compliant providers. We do not store full primary account numbers on our servers.

- Processing Partners: acquiring banks, gateways, fraud and risk tools, KYC/AML vendors.
